I’m new! Can I still join a class?

Sculpt Studio classes are perfect for all levels! We provide modifications to make workouts accessible for beginners.

What should I bring & wear to class?

Grip socks are recommended but not required- can be purchased at the studio. Please bring water (no glass bottles). All props needed for class will be provided but feel welcome to bring your own towel- if not they will be provided.

What is your cancellation/no show/refund policy?

Accepted Answer

We do not offer refunds. You may cancel your class reservation up to 12 hours before start time to receive that credited back to your account. Failure to do so will result in loss of class credit. Late cancellations incur a $15 fee. No shows are charged $20. We do understand that life happens! Thank you for understanding and respecting our class policy.

Do you offer discounted rates?

Yes! We offer discounted rates for students, military and seniors- Valid ID needed.

Yes we do offer private sessions and reservations. These sessions are booked through our email.

I’m pregnant, can I work out at Sculpt Studio?

Exercising during pregnancy should be discussed with your Doctor. Please contact us for more information or to schedule a non-heated session.

How early should I arrive for the class?

Aim to arrive 15 minutes early before the class starts. This ensures you have enough time to check in, choose your spot, meet the instructor and get ready for your workout. We start classes on time; if you arrive after the class starts, you risk losing your spot and we cannot guarantee entry if you are late.

Is there a waitlist?

Yes, we have a waitlist available. Feel free to sign up! If a spot opens up you will receive a notification via email or text (make sure notifications are enabled). You're also welcome to show up in case a last minute spot becomes available.

Do you have showers and lockers?

Yes! We offer showers and lockers for your convenience. Please limit your time as we only have a couple available. We have a shower towel rental for $5. Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Is there an age requirement?

You must be 18 years old to workout at Sculpt Studio. Exceptions can be made for those who are younger with consent form. Please contact for inquiries.

If this is applicable to you please inform the instructor prior to class. We will endeavor to give options to modify in these classes to adapt to movements however, we are not responsible for changing the routine to you personally as we are a group fitness class. Remember, go at your own pace as well and listen to your own body!

Studio etiquette

The studio is a phone do not disturb, silent zone. Please ensure your phone is silenced before entering the class. If recording your class please ensure to make sure no one is in your background. If needed to leave early we understand, so speak to the instructor prior if able to; if an emergency happens just leave the class quietly. Following this ensures the space is respectful and enjoyable for all members.

Can I transfer my class to a friend?

Class credits are not transferable. But you can bring a guest for free once a month with an Unlimited Membership!
