About the Founder
I created Sculpt Studio with one goal in mind: to turn a goal into an intentional, form focused movement to real life. I knew I wanted to build more than a studio, I wanted to create a sanctuary where every person could feel safe, strong, and confident
in their own skin.
Movement has shaped my entire life. I grew up dancing, then stepped into the world of competitive cheerleading and volleyball throughout junior high and high school. Those years taught me discipline, body awareness, and the confidence that comes from pushing yourself in ways most people never see. At the start of high school, I discovered weight lifting and everything changed. Strength training became my outlet, my structure, and the place where I learned what my body was capable of. That passion eventually led me to earn my CPT, wanting to help others feel that same sense of power and discipline.
When I previously became a flight attendant, my routine shifted, and I needed something that kept me strong without adding more stress to an already demanding schedule. That’s when I found Pilates which gave me something I didn’t know I was missing: calm, control and connection. It kept me connected to my body in a way that felt sustainable and restorative, even in the busiest seasons of life. Pilates didn’t just become part of my routine, it became my passion- it made me fall in love with movement even more.
I wanted to create the kind of space I needed in my own hardest seasons- something that is supportive, grounding, and full of possibility. Sculpt Studio was built from the belief that movement should support your life, not compete with it. Here, strength is personal, form matters, and every session is designed to help you feel grounded, capable, and confident.
